This quality allows “Amateur” to discover the woody aromas of an old Cognac which has also kept the great “fineness” from the most noble growths.

VSOP PAULET
The distinctive character of this VSOP PAULET comes from a subtil blend of different Eaux de Vie issued from the best « crus » of Cognac. Aged 4 to 8 years in oak casks, they bring to this quality its nice amber colour, its fine aromas together with a perfect balance between fineness and terroir.
In cocktails and long drinks, as well as a traditional digestive, straight or with ice-cubes, you can enjoy this quality at any time.

This is the marriage of Eaux de Vie of Cognac, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies, slowly aged in oak casks, for a minimum of 12 years and many times well over.

BORDERIES TRES VIEILLES is unique for two reasons :
Exceptionally old, this rare Cognac, distilled long ago at 70% Alc./Vol., is bottled without any reduction at 47% Alc./Vol., degree obtained naturally by slow evaporation through the pores of the oak-wood barrels where it has been ageing during many decades.
It comes exclusively from the smallest Cognac production area called BORDERIES. This area, situated in the very heart of the Cognac region has a quite particular soil. This privileged situation makes the BORDERIES a distinctive and complete Cognac full of charm with a delicate “bouquet” combined to a strong body.
Already quite rich at their birth, the BORDERIES come to perfection after a very long ageing.Our Unique and Prestigious Cognac “BORDERIES TRES VIEILLES” CHÂTEAU PAULET is extremely rare and supplied in numbered bottles.
